Universal Line Courier is a logistics and shipping service provider. We do not sell physical products. Our services include parcel pickup, transportation, delivery, and related logistics solutions.
Shipments can be cancelled before pickup without any charges.
Once the shipment is picked up, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If cancellation is approved after pickup, applicable transportation and handling charges will be deducted.
A shipment may be returned to the origin in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Consignee not available or refuses delivery
Failed delivery attempts
RTO charges will be applicable and borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed.
Any damage or loss must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Claims should be submitted with proper proof (images, invoice, tracking number).
Compensation, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy and service agreement.
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Service not provided due to operational failure
Duplicate payment
Cancelled shipment before pickup
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
Delay due to natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions
Incorrect shipment details provided by the sender
Prohibited or restricted items
Address errors by the customer
